We understand that with summer travel plans and other sports and activities, it is often impossible to make every swim meet and that’s okay! We do, however, need to know if your swimmer will or will not be attending. If you do not RSVP your swimmer by 5PM on the Sunday prior to the meet, your child will not be able to swim.

• Click the green MEET RSVP tab on our website

• Click on the Green RSVP link for the Meet

• Click the green Edit tab under your swimmer(s) name(s)

• For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down next to their names: either Attending or Not Attending
• You can leave a note for the coaches if, for example, you will arrive late or need to leave early.

• Click Save to record your choices.

The line up/heat sheet is posted online and emailed around 1PM on meet day but the Swimtopia app is the best place to find swimmer events and volunteer jobs for each meet.

Entries are subject to change up until the time of the meet. A coach will contact you if there has been a change.
